This is a 65 yo gentleman with diffuse genetic hair loss that was mostly affecting the frontal scalp. The shape and location of his hairline was already great, but he was seeking more overall density, especially in the front.
He underwent a 2400 graft FUE surgery, with all of the grafts placed in the frontal scalp zone. He was started on finasteride, and his surgery was followed up with a one-year protocol of 5 PRP treatments. He returned to us a year later, very happy with the amazing results! We were able to reinforce his hairline with very naturally placed and shaped front-temporal angles (the place where the frontal hairline meets the temple hairline) and add density throughout the frontal scalp.
